Before you leave...

INSTRUCTIONS FOR LEAVING

A HOUSE CLEANER WILL ARRIVE AFTER YOU LEAVE.   PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:  WE WILL LET YOU KNOW THE HOUSE CLEANING FEE WHEN COMPLETED.  PLEASE INFORM US OF ANYTHING LOST OR BROKEN SO THAT WE CAN REPAIR IT BEFORE THE NEXT GUEST.

 

BEDROOMS:

 

  • Wash beach towels and return at least two to each to bedroom closet

  • Wash sheets and remake beds. 

  • Sweep room with broom and dustpan in closet.

  • Close all windows.  Open curtains and place behind side hooks.  Pull down any shades. 

  • Turn off fan and lights.

  • Empty garbage can in bathroom.

  • Lock sliding glass door and side door.

 

KITCHEN/LIVINGROOM:

  • Wash all dishes and return to cupboards

  • Place kids toy bins/high chairs etc. in back bedroom closets.

  • Empty trashcans into garage can.

  • Place recycling cans and bottles in bins behind outdoor shower.

  • Wipe down counters

  • Empty refrigerator-leave condiments.

  • Clean out any open foods in pantry cupboard. 

  • Sweep floors

  • Turn off all fans/lights

  • Close all sliding doors and lock both them and side doors.

 

OUTDOORS:

  • Place outdoor patio furniture cushions on benches in the side halls or inside living room

  • Return bins of snorkel gear to garage

  • Return bikes to garage

  • Place pool toys in box located on pool deck. Larger pool toys replace on shelves in garage.  Place pool net against wall.

  • Put all pool furniture next to house

 

  UPSTAIRS:

  • If you used the upstairs, please pick up all toys and tidy up.  

  • Wash sheets and remake beds

  • Sweep floor and stairs with broom and dustpan 

  • Turn off fans/lights.

  • Close windows
