MOLOKAI--AHHHH!!!

~Restaurants and Food~
Kaunakakai has a few grocery stores. Each has a little bit of everything. We find most of what we need at Friendly's. They are not open on Sundays however. Misaki's also has a good selection. They are open onSundays until noon. Every Saturday there is a farmers local market set up near the Episcopal church with local handmade foods and crafts.
Some of our favorite places to eat are:
Kanemitsu's Bakery & Coffee Shop-
A hole-in-the-wall coffee shop in Kaunakakai that sells excellent bread, pastries and cookies. They are open every day but Tuesdays. They also serve hot bread after 7:30pm on Tuesday-Sunday. Walk around back and order at the alley door. Delicious!
Manae Goods & Grindz-
Located out towards the east end, they have hot lunch plates available to go or eat outside on their picnic tables. There also is a quick store that carries movies, as well as small essential items. A fun adventure on your way to or from the East end.
Molokai Burger-
Located at Miles 0- Center of town....Good "homemade" type burgers in a traditional fast food style.
Pacific Eattery- located on the main street in downtown Kaunakakaii. Good food and friendly people.
Molokai Pizza-
They have great pizza and on Wednesdays they sell Mexican food. :) Located behind Molokai Burger
Hiros Ohana Grill- Located behind Hotel Molokai, they have a nice atmosphere on the water and weekly entertainment. Click here for their menu and prices.
Paddlers- Good food in a covered outdoor atmosphere. Local talent plays during the week. Call to find out times and days.
